About the Role

You will be involved in:

- Prefabrication and Installation of custom marine cabinetry and joinery
- Internal and external vessel fitout works
- High-quality timber, veneer, solid surface, and bespoke finishes
- Interior wall, ceiling, furniture, and accommodation fitouts
- Refit and upgrade projects on existing vessels
- Working collaboratively with multiple trades to achieve exceptional project outcomes

Requirements for the role

- Qualified in one of the following trades; Cabinetmaking, shopfitting, Carpentry or Shipwright
- Experienced in marine interior fitout work preferred
- Ability to read standard construction shop floor drawings
- Quality focused, with exceptional attention to detail
- Self-motivated and the ability to work independently and within a team
- Reliable, professional, and committed to delivering high standards
- A problem solver who can adapt and overcome challenges
- Passionate about craftsmanship and producing premium finishes
- Australian resident, or have the appropriate visa to legally work in Australia
