About the role

Nioka Steakhouse, located on the Honeysuckle boardwalk, is Newcastle's Premium Steakhouse serving beef sourced from Nioka Farm at the foothills of the Barrington Tops. With a farm-to-table approach, we are committed to providing the finest quality beef coupled with a superior dining experience. We are looking for a seasoned floor supervisor to join our dedicated team for an immediate start.

Key responsibilities

- Provide great customer service with sound knowledge of food and beverages including wine knowledge
- Work as part of a tight-knit team in a busy environment
- Demonstrate flexibility and availability to work weekends and public holidays
- Maintain high standards of presentation and communication

About you

- Reliable and motivated
- Relevant industry experience (fine dining preferred)
- Valid Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Accreditation
- Australian Citizenship
- Sound knowledge of and passion for positive food and beverages
- Very well presented and well spoken
