We are seeking an experienced and confident Front of House Supervisor to join the opening team at Gather, our new dining and functions venue at Windsor RSL.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys leading from the floor, delivering warm customer service and helping create a welcoming venue for members, guests and the local community.

Key responsibilities

- Supervising front of house operations during service
- Leading, supporting and motivating the service team
- Ensuring guests receive friendly and efficient service
- Coordinating restaurant, event and function service
- Assisting with staff training and maintaining service standards
- Working closely with kitchen staff and venue management
- Handling customer enquiries and resolving issues professionally
- Assisting with opening and closing procedures

About you
- Previous experience supervising a restaurant, club, hotel or functions team
- A current NSW RSA




- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Confident managing busy services and competing priorities
- Event and function experience is highly regarded
- Available to work a flexible roster, including evenings and weekends
- Reliable, well presented and genuinely passionate about hospitality

This is a outstanding opportunity to join a growing hospitality operation and play an important role in establishing a new venue from the beginning. Casual or permanent employment may be considered for the right candidate. Award rates apply, with remuneration based on experience.
