As a Food and Beverage Team Leader at Novotel Melbourne South Wharf, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional dining experiences for our guests. We are seeking a confident and motivated individual who can lead our team during morning or evening shifts, ensuring all of our food and beverage services operate smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and delegate duties to ensure smooth daily operations in our outlets
- Oversee the set-up, service, and breakdown of dining and bar areas, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for guests
- Communicate feedback and key information to the Food & Beverage leadership team
- Maintain high levels of guest satisfaction by promptly addressing any concerns or special requests
- Lead by example and conduct team training to align with Novotel brand and service standards
- Monitor rosters and staffing schedules to meet operational requirements
- Ensure the proper handling and settlement of customer accounts using our POS system.
- Liaise with the kitchen team to ensure the highest standard of food quality and visual appeal
