About the role

We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Food & Beverage Attendant's to join our team at Club Toowoomba on a casual basis over the very busy Xmas period. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members and guests in our Bar, Restaurant and Function areas. Great opportunity to begin a career in Hospitality and progression to a Supervisory role for the stand out applicant's.

What you'll be doing

1. Greeting and seating customers, and taking food and drink orders
2. Preparing and serving beverages, such as cocktails, wines, and beers
3. Assisting with food service, including delivering meals to customers
4. Restocking and maintaining the bar and dining areas
5. Providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience
6. Adhering to all relevant health, safety, and licensing regulations

What we're looking for

1. Previous experience in a food and beverage or customer service role, preferably within the hospitality industry advantageous
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide exceptional customer service
3. Knowledge of food and beverage service procedures, including responsible service of alcohol
4. A friendly,



professional, and reliable attitude
5. The ability to work effectively in a team and under pressure
6. A current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification (or able to gain)
7. A current Food handling certification (or able to gain)
