As a Food & Beverage Attendant at Garum, you will create memorable dining experiences that leave a lasting impression on guests. You will deliver exceptional service and ensure every guest enjoys a seamless and engaging restaurant experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Create memorable guest experiences through warm, genuine and attentive service
- Understand guest preferences and deliver service excellence with every interaction
- Confidently explain menu items, beverage offerings and daily specials
- Coordinate effectively with the kitchen and restaurant team to ensure smooth dinner service
- Prepare and maintain restaurant stations, ensuring tables are set to the highest standard

About You

- Previous experience in a restaurant, bar, café, or hotel food & beverage environment is highly regarded
- Passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences and creating memorable moments
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build genuine connections with guests and colleagues
- Thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and remains calm under pressure
- Flexible availability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
- Self-motivated, proactive, and always willing to lend a helping hand
- Well-presented with a professional and positive attitude
- Valid working rights in Australia
