As our business continues to grow, we are looking for enthusiastic hospitality professionals to join our Food & Beverage team.

About the Role

As a Food & Beverage Attendant, you'll be part of the team delivering welcoming and qualified dining experiences to our hotel guests, locals and visitors. This is a varied hospitality role covering buffet breakfast, café & barista service, bar and à la carte restaurant servic & in room dining giving you the opportunity to work across different areas of our Food & Beverage operation.

You'll work closely with our kitchen, Front Office and wider hotel team to ensure our guests receive friendly, efficient and attentive service throughout their experience.

Your Responsibilities

- Providing warm, professional and attentive service to our guests.
- Setting up and delivering buffet breakfast service.
- Providing à la carte table service.
- Taking food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
- Preparing barista coffee and other café beverages.
- Using POS systems and processing guest payments.
- Maintaining clean, organised and well-presented restaurant, café and bar areas.
- Following food safety, hygiene and Responsible Service of Alcohol requirements.




- Working closely with the kitchen and wider hotel team to deliver a seamless guest experience.

Previous experience minimum 2 years is required, preferably in a hotel or resort restaurant & bar environment. A current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) and Food Handler certificate is required.

Availability

Our Food & Beverage operation runs across a 7-day roster, and shifts may include:

- Early morning breakfast shifts
- Daytime café shifts
- Afternoon and evening restaurant shifts
- Weekends
- Public Holidays

Flexibility across a 7-day roster will be highly regarded.
