Opportunity to become part of a growing artisan food manufacturing and distribution business based in Nowra.

We are looking for a reliable, hands-on person to work across pasta production, warehousing and day-to-day operations. This is a wide-ranging role in a small team, suited to someone who enjoys practical work, takes responsibility and is happy to move between production, warehouse, dispatch and occasional deliveries as required.

The position will initially be casual, working 3–4 weekdays per week from 8am–4pm. There are no night or weekend shifts. There is potential for the role to develop into permanent part-time employment for the right person.

What we're looking for

- Reliable, organised and comfortable working independently
- Comfortable in a physical, hands-on role and able to lift up to 25kg
- Current Australian driver's licence and confident driving for local deliveries
- Good attention to detail and hygiene standards
- Able to follow established production and food safety procedures
- Comfortable picking, packing and checking customer orders accurately
- Basic computer literacy
- Willing to learn and take responsibility over time
- Able to work flexibly across production, warehouse and distribution tasks as needed

Key responsibilities
- Assisting with daily pasta production,



including mixing, extrusion, drying and packing
- Packaging and labelling finished products
- Picking, packing and checking customer orders
- Receiving and putting away incoming stock
- Preparing and dispatching outgoing orders
- Assisting with warehouse organisation and stock handling
- Providing backup for local deliveries and other warehouse/distribution duties when required
- Following HACCP food safety and quality procedures
- Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene across production and warehouse areas
- Basic inventory and stock control
- Supporting general operational tasks across the business as required

Experience in food production, manufacturing, warehousing, picking and packing, logistics or delivery work would be an advantage, but isn't essential. Training will be provided for the right person. A forklift licence or experience is an advantage but not required.

Pay: $35.50 – $38.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24.0 – 32.0 per week
