We are seeking a motivated Food Service Assistants to join our Hospitality team.

As a Food Service Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in creating moments of comfort and connection. From preparing and serving nutritious meals to ensuring a welcoming dining experience, you’ll help make mealtimes a highlight of each day for our residents. Your care and attention will directly contribute to their health, happiness, and sense of belonging.

No two days are the same, and you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of residents each day.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with preparation, portion and serving meals in line with individual dietary needs and preferences.





Assist with kitchen duties to maintain high standards of hygiene and safety, following our Food Safety Program.

Support residents during mealtimes with kindness, patience, and respect while working collaboratively with our kitchen, care and lifestyle teams to ensure a positive dining experience.

Skills and Experience:

Basic Food Handling certificate preferred but not essential.

A caring, reliable, and friendly attitude with a genuine passion for supporting older people

Robust communication skills and a respectful, empathetic demeanor
