Hours Monday to Thursday 7.30-4.00 Friday 7.30-2.00

Primarily responsible for the maintenance, repair, and servicing of forklifts and other material handling equipment at the ife workshop and external sites as required. Technicians are to have a robust mechanical and electrical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to safety and quality.

Proven experience with relevant trade/mechanical qualifications.

- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Understanding of electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic components.
- Forklift license (desired).
- Ability to weld (desired)
- Current full manual driver’s licence.
- Valid truck driving licences are advantageous with a clean driving record.
- Own Tools.
- A willingness to learn and continually improve skill sets.

Pay: $35.00 – $65.00 per hour Expected hours: 38.0 per week
