CALROC Pty Ltd is seeking experienced Formwork Carpenters and Trade Assistants to join our team on FRP projects in Ipswich, Queensland.

We are looking for skilled, reliable and hardworking workers who are confident working in a construction environment, work well as part of a team and are willing to get involved with concrete pours and general site activities when required.

Ongoing work is available for the next 12 months.

The Roles

Formwork Carpenters

You will be involved in:

- Constructing, assembling and stripping formwork
- Reading and working from drawings and plans
- Measuring, cutting and assembling materials
- Assisting with concrete pours, placement and finishing
- Using power tools and hand tools
- Working safely and efficiently to meet production targets
- Assisting the wider team with site activities as required

Trade Assistants You will support our trades and construction crews with:

- General construction and site duties
- Assisting Formwork Carpenters and other trades
- Assisting with concrete pours and general FRP activities
- Using hand and power tools
- Material handling, site preparation and clean-up
- Supporting the wider site team as required

About You

Formwork Carpenters:





- Trade qualification or minimum 3 years' relevant experience
- Strong formwork/FRP experience
- Confidence using hand and power tools
- Ability to read drawings and plans

Trade Assistants:

- Previous construction or Trade Assistant experience
- Own basic hand tools
- Experience using hand and power tools
- Construction experience and a willingness to get involved on site
