About the role

You will attract, qualify and onboard new franchise partners while managing relationships with an existing portfolio of franchisees.

Key responsibilities

- Manage franchise enquiries and recruitment activities from initial contact through to onboarding
- Conduct discovery meetings, candidate assessments and qualification discussions
- Guide prospective partners through the franchise recruitment process
- Manage the recruitment pipeline through HubSpot CRM
- Support the onboarding and launch of current franchise partners
- Build strong relationships with an existing portfolio of franchise partners
- Conduct regular business review and support discussions
- Identify opportunities for partner growth and network improvement
- Work with internal stakeholders to support partner success

About you

- Previous experience working within a franchisor environment (essential)
- Experience in franchise recruitment, franchise development, franchise operations or franchise support
- Strong relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills




- Experience managing a structured sales or recruitment pipeline
- Excellent communication, presentation and influencing skills
- Strong commercial and business acumen
- CRM experience, ideally HubSpot or a similar platform
- A proactive, organised and results-driven approach
