Job Description
Bob Jane T-Marts – Shellharbour Village NSW is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help lead a high-performing retail automotive team.
This role involves supporting the Franchisee in all managerial tasks and stepping in when needed to manage the store.
The successful candidate will motivate staff, drive sales to meet budgets and KPIs, and handle tyre, wheel, battery and alignment services with focus on customer guidance and productive workflow.
