Mater Bundaberg is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to step into an After-Hours Manager role, leading clinical and operational activities after hours in a permanent part time capacity.
The role focuses on ensuring secure, high‐quality care while coordinating patient flow and resources across the hospital.You will bring five years of critical care experience, AHPRA registration, and postgraduate critical care qualifications, with ALS/PLS credentials or a plan to obtain them.
