Lead an established Silverwater pharmacy with a loyal customer base. This suits a proven Pharmacist Manager or PIC ready to take full responsibility for the pharmacy, improve its performance and play a bigger role in a growing business.

House of Pharmacy is an independent Sydney pharmacy group with community pharmacies, distribution operations and an online channel in development.

The role n

Take responsibility for the pharmacy's clinical, operational and commercial performance.

n
- n

Lead the team and manage workflow, staffing and performance.

n
- n

Manage the dispensary and grow qualified services while maintaining strong patient care.

n
- n

Drive customer experience, merchandising and retail performance.

n
- n

Manage stock control, ordering and invoices.

n
- n

Maintain compliance and strong operating standards.

n

About you nn
- n

At least three years' experience as a Pharmacist Manager or PIC, with current AHPRA registration.

n
- n

Strong Minfos experience.

n
- n





Experience leading a team and managing dispensary flow, stock control and retail operations.

n
- n

Current training to deliver the full scope of pharmacy services.

n
- n

A proven operator with a record of improving pharmacy performance and contributing beyond day-to-day management.

n

What's on offer nn

$55-$60 per hour plus super.

n
- n

Full-time hours across four days, expected Monday to Thursday.

- n

Permanent role based on site at Silverwater.

n
- n

Head office support based at Silverwater.

n
- n

Flexible scope within a growing group, from leading the pharmacy day to day to broader management or a potential ownership pathway.
