We're looking for a Speech Pathologist to join our Early Childhood teams.

n

You'll have the opportunity to work across a range of Early Childhood programs:

- Preschool Boost – supporting communication, participation and school readiness alongside early learning services.

- Thriving Kids – providing early therapeutic supports to help children without a current NDIS plan participate and thrive in everyday environments

- ENVISAGE – building parent and caregiver confidence, knowledge and capability through a strengths-based approach.

- Kids Hub – working within a team-oriented, multidisciplinary environment where families can access coordinated support.

This means your role can extend beyond traditional one-on-one therapy or exploring funding pathways, giving you opportunities to apply your SP expertise across different programs, environments and stages of early development.

Job Description

n

Work alongside Occupational Therapists, Developmental Educators, Educators, Physiotherapists and other experienced professionals through joint assessments, collaborative planning, integrated therapy and shared problem-solving.

n

You'll have the autonomy to apply your clinical judgement, supported by supervision, mentoring, professional development and a team committed to learning together.

Desired Skills and Experience

n

What you'll bring

n

n
- Recognised Speech Pathology qualification and current SPA membership or eligibility.
n
- Experience working with children, ideally in Early Childhood, paediatrics or the NDIS.
n
- Strong clinical judgement and a commitment to evidence-informed practice.
n
- Confidence working with families and transdisciplinary teams.
n
- A genuine passion for improving outcomes for children and families.
n
- Current Driver's Licence.
n
