Small Door is a membership-based veterinary care provider delivering care with human standards. This front-of-house role supports scheduling, billing communications, and warm interactions with pets and their families, using 24/7 telemedicine and a up-to-date, welcoming clinic environment.

We’re seeking someone with 2+ years in hospitality, excellent communication, and empathy to help patients and members across visits while collaborating with nurses, doctors, and telehealth staff.
