Senior Contracts Administrator | Tier 1 Contractor | 8 Week Contract

SENIOR CONTRACTS ADMINISTRATOR | $200M+ ENERGY PROJECT | $80-90/HR + SUPER
6-8 week initial contract | Potential extension to year-end | CBD

We're looking for an experienced Senior Contracts Administrator to join the commercial team on a $200M+ Energy project that has just broken ground.
This is a great chance for someone who can hit the ground running and provide immediate commercial support during the critical early stages of construction.
The major subcontract packages are already awarded, so you'll be stepping into an active project environment and taking ownership of the day-to-day contract administration requirements.

The Role

Working closely with the Project Manager, Commercial Manager and delivery team, you’ll be responsible for:

- Day-to-day administration of awarded subcontract packages
- Variations, claims and payment assessments
- Contractual correspondence and notices
- Subcontractor management and commercial queries




- Maintaining contractual and commercial registers
- Commercial reporting and forecasting
- Identifying contractual risks and potential exposures
- Supporting the project team with contractual and commercial matters

Who We're Looking For

You’ll ideally have:

- 5+ years' experience in Contracts Administration
- A background with a Tier 1 or Tier 2 Civil Contractor
- Experience across major civil, infrastructure or Energy projects
- Strong subcontract administration experience
- Solid knowledge of variations, claims and contractual processes
- The ability to operate independently and hit the ground running
- A practical, commercially minded approach
