Isaac Regional Council is seeking a proactive and skilled maintenance professional to take pride in maintaining and improving Council-owned facilities across the region. Reporting to the Team Leader - Trades Services, this opportunity offers a varied and hands-on role where your work will directly contribute to the safety, presentation and functionality of Council properties while supporting the delivery of quality services to our communities.

Mandatory Qualifications – this role requires the possession of: n

- Valid Drivers License
n
- Carpentry Trade Qualification
n
- Construction White Card (Construction Industry)
n

If you are successful in this position, you will receive: nn
- Salary $73,257.00 per annum (Stream C, Level BT1)
n
- Nominally 76 hours per fortnight (Monday to Friday)
n
- 5 weeks annual leave @ 17.5% loading
n
- RDO’s in accordance with Council Policy
n
- Up to 14.5% super in accordance with Council Policy
n
- Tool of Trade Vehicle
n
- Fit for Purpose Subsidised Council Housing $80.00 Per week, pending availability
n
- Discounted Corporate Health Cover through multiple providers with competitive extras and coverage benefits
n
