Job Description

Aspire Early Education is seeking an Inclusion & Curriculum Specialist to join the Curriculum & Quality Department at Support Office in Melbourne's south-eastern suburbs. The role shapes best practice across Aspire centres and drives inclusion at the heart of early education.

You will lead curriculum across services, mentor educators, and collaborate with families and allied health professionals to develop ILPs, champion equity, and ensure compliance with EYLF, NQS, and regulatory requirements.
