About Us: The Boiling Crab is an iconic American Louisiana-style Cajun seafood restaurant famous for its energetic vibe and signature seafood boils (The Whole Shabang!). Located right in the heart of Sydney at 68 Harbour St, Haymarket, we are a high-volume, bustling venue looking for energetic and hardworking individuals to join our crew!

The Role & Key Responsibilities: As a Front of House All-Rounder/waitstaff, you will be the face of our restaurant, delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Your daily duties will include:

- Greeting and seating guests with a high-energy, welcoming attitude.
- Taking accurate food and beverage orders using modern POS systems.
- Delivering our signature seafood boils and drinks to tables efficiently.
- Engaging with customers, answering menu questions, and providing recommendations.
- Clearing, cleaning, and resetting tables swiftly to maintain dining room flow.
- Assisting with front-of-house opening and closing procedures.
- Maintaining a safe, hygienic, and organized dining environment.

What We Are Looking For:

- Experience: Minimum 6 months of waitstaff, serving, or customer service experience in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality setting.




- Certifications: Valid NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate (Mandatory).
- Skills: Strong communication skills, outgoing personality, ability to multitask under pressure, and a genuine passion for hospitality.
- Availability: Full availability for peak shifts, including Friday dinners, weekends, and public holidays.
- Requirements: Valid Australian working rights.
