Here at The Hideout we are looking for an experienced Front of House member who has a basic knowledge of coffee. We are looking to add a person to our team on a casual basis who enjoys working within a fun and supportive team. Previous cafe experience and basic coffee knowledge is necessary. Weekly hours would be 20-30 hours this will vary due to business and demand. We have three separate locations and all staff are trained at these (all are pretty close in proximity).

Job expectations

- Experience with a point of sale system (POS)
- Friendly and welcoming customer service
- Conidence and the ability to greet customers and ensure their needs are met
- Food Safety knowledge and we will require you to complete the I'm Alert Food Safety training
- A high standard of cleanliness
- Rotating stock (FIFO)




- Understanding the basics of coffee and milk steaming
- A driver's license and your own car
- A fun and positive outlook

Preferred skills:
- Experienced Barista
- A high level of coffee and milk knowledge
- Experience with specialty coffee
- Latte art
- Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate (or willingness to complete this if you are successful)
- Experience with OpenTable
