About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and friendly Front of House Staff member to join our team. This role is perfect for someone with a positive attitude, strong people skills, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service
- Take orders accurately and efficiently
- Serve food and drinks in a timely and professional manner
- Handle payments and operate the POS system
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and team members
- Assist with opening and closing duties as required

- Previous hospitality experience is preferred but not essential
