We're looking for a Weekend Casual to join our friendly team at Longview Vineyard, working across our Cellar Door and Restaurant.

This is a hands-on hospitality role where you'll be part of creating a excellent experience for our guests — from welcoming visitors and pouring wine to helping with restaurant service and keeping everything running smoothly.

- What you'll be doing You’ll work across both the cellar door and restaurant to support our hospitality team to deliver high-quality service and deliver unique and welcoming experiences to our visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

- Welcoming and looking after our Cellar Door and restaurant guests
- Assisting with wine tastings and sharing your love of Longview wines
- Food and beverage service
- Taking orders and processing payments
- Answering phones and helping with guest enquiries
- Keeping our guest areas clean, tidy and ready for service
- Working closely with our kitchen and hospitality team
- Assisting with busy service periods and events
- Providing friendly, genuine and professional customer service

- What we're looking for

- Friendly, confident and enjoys talking to people
- Reliable, positive and happy to get stuck in




- A great team player
- Comfortable working in a busy hospitality environment
- Interested in wine, food and hospitality
- Hospitality or customer service experience is preferred, but attitude is just as important
- Holds a current RSA or is willing to obtain one
