The Reserve Social is looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Front of House Team Member to join our team.

We are looking for someone with experience across barista, bar and general hospitality service who enjoys working in a busy, friendly environment and providing excellent customer service.

About the Role

As a Front of House Team Member, you will work across our café, bar, restaurant and functions, helping to deliver a welcoming and professional experience for every customer.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide friendly and efficient customer service
- Prepare and serve quality coffee
- Provide bar service and prepare beverages
- Take customer orders and operate the POS system
- Serve food and drinks
- Assist with café, bar and restaurant service
- Assist with functions and events
- Maintain a clean, organised and well-presented venue
- Restock café and bar areas as required
- Assist with opening and closing procedures
- Follow RSA, food safety and workplace health and safety requirements
- Work as part of a supportive and professional team

About You

Essential:

- Previous hospitality experience
- Barista experience




- Bar experience
- Good customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, friendly and well-presented
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Current RSA or willingness to obtain one
- Weekend availability is a must

Pay: $25.74 – $32.18 per hour
