- Oversee daily cellar door and restaurant operations, ensuring excellent customer service.
- Lead, train and manage front of house staff, including rostering and daily task allocation.
- Conduct wine tastings and share our wines and winery story with guests.
- Manage reservations, guest enquiries and customer feedback.
- Coordinate weddings, private functions and winery events.
- Maintain high standards of presentation, cleanliness and service.

Drive wine sales and enhance the overall guest experience.
