PHYZFIT Health & Rehab is a growing multidisciplinary clinic in Bexley North and Marrickville (inside World Gym).

We offer Physiotherapy, Speech Pathology, Occupational Therapy and Remedial Massage, and we're the official physiotherapy provider for Fraser Park FC (NPL 2).

Your Hours

- 4 or 5 day working week
- A two hour lunch break every day

What We're Looking For:

- Reception,



admin or customer service experience (allied health a bonus)
- Warm, confident communicator
- Highly organised with multiple diaries
- Confident using a computer, with fast and accurate typing
- Experienced in resolving client concerns and disputes calmly and professionally
- Team oriented and proactive

What's Involved In The Job?

- Welcoming clients and managing phones, emails and enquiries
- Managing bookings in NOOKAL across all four services and both locations
- Coordinating off site Speech and OT appointments at schools and homes
- Processing payments through HICAPS and our practice management software
- Handling GP referrals, workers compensation and CTP approvals
- Rebooking, recalls and client follow up
- Supporting our team in their day to day operations
- Keeping the clinic tidy, organised and professional
- Supporting school holiday programs and community outreach days
