We're seeking a hands-on Full Stack AI Developer to help shape and deliver the next generation of AI-powered experiences within a large, complex enterprise environment.
This is not a traditional data engineering role. We're looking for someone who can rapidly take ideas from concept to production, building practical AI solutions that solve real business problems. You'll work across the full stack, developing intuitive front-end experiences, integrating enterprise systems, and delivering production-ready AI agents and agentic workflows.
You'll be joining a team focused on moving beyond experimentation to deliver measurable outcomes through modern AI technologies, agent frameworks, cloud platforms and enterprise integrations.
What You'll Be Doing
- Design, build and deploy AI agents and AI-powered applications
- Rapidly develop proof-of-concepts and evolve them into production-ready solutions
- Create modern front-end experiences that make AI capabilities accessible and intuitive
- Integrate AI solutions with enterprise platforms, APIs and business systems
- Build RAG-enabled applications leveraging structured and unstructured data sources
- Implement testing, observability, monitoring, governance and human-in-the-loop controls
- Deploy and manage workloads across cloud environments
- Partner closely with business stakeholders to translate broad requirements into practical technical solutions
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience building Generative AI applications, AI agents or agentic workflows
- Solid full stack development background with solid front-end capability
- Advanced Python development skills
- Strong API design, integration and system interoperability experience
- Experience with
- LLMs
- Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG)
- Prompt engineering
- Agent orchestration frameworks
- Tool calling and multi-agent solutions
- Experience deploying and operating applications in cloud environments
- Strong understanding of software engineering best practices across the SDLC
- Ability to work independently in fast-paced, evolving environments
Ideal Experience
- Building AI solutions that integrate with enterprise platforms and business applications
- Developing and deploying solutions on AWS and/or Google Cloud
- Experience with AWS Bedrock, Gemini Enterprise, vector databases and modern AI platforms
- Experience working across multiple languages, frameworks and technologies as required by the solution
- Exposure to agent development frameworks such as Google's ADK or similar
