Required Skills:
- Solid Java back-end development experience covering design, coding, REST and microservices integration, debugging, and production support.
- Hands-on React front-end development of reusable, responsive, and maintainable components.
- Proven full-stack ownership across user interface, services, APIs, and database integration layers.
- Hands-on CI/CD experience with pipeline setup and automation using tools such as Git, Jenkins, Maven or Gradle, SonarQube, and Docker.
- Experience with automated build, test, and deployment processes, branching strategies, and release management.
- Payment's or banking domain delivery experience, including application workflows, integration touchpoints, defect resolution, and release support.
- Proven ability to lead development teams and coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders on Agile end-to-end delivery.
