An exciting opportunity currently exists for an Accounts Payable/Receipting Officer to join our team. This key role is responsible for the timely and accurate processing of accounts payable, payroll and receipting functions across the group.
Duties will include but not limited to:
- Process supplier and contractor invoices and payments
- Reconcile supplier statements and accounts payable
- Process commissions and payments
- Receipt customer payments and complete daily bank reconciliations
- Prepare debtor and receipting reports
- Process direct debit payments
- Maintain accurate financial records and filing
- Manage petty cash and credit card accounts
- Attend to supplier, contractor and employee queries

Required Attributes:
- Previous Accounts Payable experience
- Knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong data entry skills
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- A qualified, reliable and proactive approach
Preferred Attributes:
- Payroll experience
