Full Time Chef

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Full Time Breakfast Chef to join our team. As the Full Time Breakfast Chef, you will be responsible for assisting in preparing and presenting with variety and flair. Your primary goal will be to ensure exceptional service delivery and customer satisfaction while maintaining a positive teamwork approach.

Job Responsibilities

Prepare for buffet and a la carte breakfast, Ensure stock rotation and minimum wastage. Prepares and ensures mise en place, as required. Check all cooked and pre cooked foods are stored correctly. Liase with front of house team.

About you

Proven experience as a Chef in a similar position within the hospitality/hotel industry.

Exceptional culinary skills and a passion for creating creative and high-quality dishes.

Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
