We are looking for a full time barista with extensive experience .

We are seeking a highly skilled barsita to join our team on a full time basis .

This role is ideal for a hospitality professional who is passionate about coffee excellence customer service and team leadership.

You will play a hands on role behinjd the machine nand also overseeing daily cafe operations and staff leadership.

Key responsibility

Barista and coffee operations prepare and serve consistently high quality espresso based coffee and beverages

Expert operation of commercial espresso machines and grinders

Must have knowledge on dialing in adjust grind ,espresso extraction milk texturing and pace within the work flow .

Monitor coffee quality wastage and stock comtrol

Must adhere to cleanliness, hygeine and workplace safety strandards

Essential





Minimum 2 to 3 years experience as professional barista

Proven ability to produce consistently high quality coffee under pressure

Strong customer service mindset
