- Reservations Agent – often as the first point of guest contact your main role is assisting and completing individual and group reservations for our guests ensuring a smooth start to their stay with us, and to supporting our rooms team! Outstanding organisational skills, excellent telephone manner.

What we need from you To be successful in this role you will demonstrate previous experience in the positions, understand the words OPERA EXPERIENCE (for Reservations position) and TEAM COMMITMENT.
