We're looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team in Bayswater, Perth. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys variety, working independently, solving problems and taking pride in delivering quality work for our clients.

The Role

You'll spend your days across Perth attending a variety of reactive and general maintenance jobs. From fixing doors and repairing cabinetry to patching walls, assembling furniture and helping with storm clean-ups, you'll be the person our clients rely on to find a practical solution, get stuck in and get the job done. You'll have plenty Of independence on the road, while still having a supportive team behind you when you need it.

As you'll be working directly with Our clients, we're looking for someone who combines quality workmanship with a professional, friendly approach.

What You'll Be Doing

-Attending and completing a wide variety of maintenance jobs across Perth, including but not limited to doors, locks, skirting, cabinetry, gyprock patching and flushing, painting, minor framing, furniture assembly and relocation, site clean-ups and general building repairs. -Identifying issues and working out practical solutions on site

-Managing jobs, including taking photos and maintaining accurate job notes

-Communicating professionally with clients and the internal team





-Completing work efficiently while maintaining a high standard of workmanship

-Looking after your company vehicle, tools and equipment

About You

We're looking for someone who is experienced, reliable and enjoys the variety that comes with maintenance work. You'll ideally have:

- 5+ years' experience in your trade (Carpentry qualifications are not required, but preferred)

-Strong maintenance and problem-solving skills -The ability to work independently and manage your own workload

-A practical, can-do attitude and the ability to think on your feet

-Positive communication and customer service skills

-Pride in your workmanship and attention to detail

-Experience with Simpro or similar job management software (preferred, but training can be provided)

-White Card — essential

-Current Australian driver's licence — essential

-Police Check and/or Working With Children Check, or willingness to obtain
