We’re looking for a reliable, hands-on Warehouse Driver / Warehouse Operative to join our team. This is a wide-ranging role combining local driving and logistics with day-to-day warehouse operations.

About the Role

No two days will look exactly the same. You’ll spend part of your time completing local stock transfers, collections and drop-offs, with the remainder of your day supporting our warehouse team across receiving, picking, packing, dispatch and stock movement.

This role would suit someone who enjoys being active, takes pride in being dependable and organised, and is equally comfortable working independently on the road and as part of a busy warehouse team.

Position Overview In this dual role, you will be responsible for handling local transport/deliveries as well as supporting daily warehouse operations. You will spend part of your day driving between local facilities, suppliers, or postal drop-offs, and the rest supporting order fulfilment, stock handling, and maintaining general warehouse organization.

Key Responsibilities

Driving & Logistics Duties

- Safely operate company transport vehicles for local transfers, stock pickups, and drop-offs around Alexandria and surrounding areas.
- Ensure all deliveries and pickups are completed accurately, safely, and on schedule.
- Inspect, maintain, and log the cleanliness and basic condition of company vehicles.
- Assist with loading and unloading cargo,



ensuring goods are securely strapped and protected during transit.

Warehouse Operative Duties

- Receiving & Inbound: Receive incoming inventory, verify quantities against delivery dockets, and check for quality/damages.
- Picking & Packing: Accurately pick, pack, and label online customer orders following Hello Molly quality standards.
- Inventory Control: Assist with stock counts, put-aways, replenishment, and organization within the warehouse aisles.
- Dispatch: Prepare outgoing domestic and international parcels for carrier collection.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with Work Health and Safety (WHS) standards.

Key Requirements & Qualifications

- Driver’s License: Valid Australian driver's license Class C with a clean driving record.
- Experience: Prior experience in warehouse operations.
- Physical Fitness: Ability to perform manual handling tasks, including standing, bending, lifting, and moving boxes up to 15–20kg throughout the day.
- Work Ethic: Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working both independently on the road and collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Communication: Clear written and verbal English communication skills.
- Work Rights: Full working rights in Australia for full-time employment.
