Fund Analyst | Property Investment An established and growing property investment business is looking to appoint a Fund Analyst to join its Sydney-based investment team.

This is a broad analytical role supporting the management and performance of a diversified property investment portfolio, with exposure across financial analysis, fund reporting, modelling and investment decision-making.

The prospect

Working closely with the investment and asset management teams, you will be responsible for:

- Building and maintaining detailed financial models across property investments and funds.
- Supporting budgeting, forecasting and portfolio performance analysis.
- Preparing regular fund and investment reporting for internal and external stakeholders.
- Analysing asset and portfolio-level performance, including income, valuation and capital expenditure.
- Supporting investment and asset management decisions through financial and market analysis.
- Assisting with investment underwriting, scenario analysis and business plans.




- Working with internal and external stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely financial information.

About you We are looking for someone with approximately 2–5 years' experience in property investment, funds management, transaction analysis, corporate finance or a related analytical environment.

You will ideally have

- Strong financial modelling and analytical skills.
- Experience working with property funds management or investment-related financial data.
- A commercial and analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail.
- The ability to communicate financial information clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
