Almond Gardening is looking for a reliable, hardworking and motivated Gardener to join our growing team.

Our work is mainly based around Caulfield and surrounding suburbs, with a mix of regular garden maintenance and landscaping projects.

Whether you already have gardening experience or you're looking to start a career in the industry, we'd love to hear from you. Training and support will be provided to the right person.

About the Role

Your main responsibilities will include:

- Lawn mowing, edging and general lawn care
- Hedging and pruning
- Weeding and garden clean-ups
- Planting and general plant care
- Using and maintaining gardening equipment
- Working independently at client properties
- Assisting with landscaping projects when required

About You

- Is reliable, punctual and hardworking
- Takes pride in their work
- Enjoys working outdoors
- Has a genuine interest in gardening and landscaping
- Is willing to learn and develop new skills




- Can work independently as well as part of a team
- Has valuable attention to detail
- Is physically fit and comfortable with outdoor work
- Has a friendly and professional attitude

Previous gardening or landscaping experience is an advantage, but not essential. We are happy to train someone who has the right attitude and work ethic.

Requirements
- Valid Australian driver's licence

Pay: $32.00 – $37.00 per hour
