Radix Workforce Solutions is a Perth-based labour hire provider. We place reliable, hardworking people with a range of clients across the metro area. We're currently looking for experienced maintenance crew members to join our team for ongoing and upcoming projects.

About the role

You'll work on grounds and property maintenance projects for different clients across Perth, both north and south of the river. Project lengths vary, from short-term assignments to longer engagements, so this role suits someone who enjoys variety and can adapt to new sites and teams.

Duties may include:

- General grounds and property maintenance
- Mowing, whipper snipping and edging
- Operating hand and petrol-powered gardening tools
- Site clean-ups, green waste removal and general labouring
- Working safely and following site-specific procedures and client instructions

What you'll need:

- Previous experience in a maintenance,



grounds or landscaping role
- Confident using mowers, whipper snippers and petrol gardening equipment
- White Card (Construction Induction)
- National Police Clearance, or willingness to obtain one
- Good spoken English, so you can communicate on site and follow safety instructions
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work outdoors in all conditions

Highly regarded:

- Bobcat ticket
- Current driver's licence
- Own reliable vehicle (preferred, not essential)
- HR Licence
