Gardener / Grounds Maintenance Worker

TMG Projects is looking for a reliable and hardworking Gardener / Grounds Maintenance Worker to join our growing team.

We provide garden and grounds maintenance across Melbourne, working across retirement villages, commercial properties, owners corporations and aged care properties.

This is a casual position with approximately 15–30+ hours per week, with the chance for additional and more consistent hours as we continue to grow.

The role includes:

- Lawn mowing using commercial push and ride-on mowers
- Whipper snipping and edging
- Hedge trimming and pruning
- Weeding and weed control
- Blowing and general site clean-up
- Green waste removal
- General garden and grounds maintenance

What we're looking for:

- Current driver's licence – essential




- Police check or willingness to apply for one - essential
- Manual licence highly regarded
- Confident using common gardening equipment
- Reliable and punctual
- Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors
- Good attention to detail
- Able to work independently and as part of a small team
- Comfortable travelling to different job sites across Melbourne
- No experience required, all training provided

Pay: $33.00 – $36.00 per hour Expected hours: 15.0 – 30.0 per week
