The Regatta Shop is looking for Casual Team Members to join our Production and Events Crew!
Choose the role that suits you:
Production Crew – get hands-on with custom garment decorating at our Moorabbin facility. Weekday business hours and flexible to fit around your commitments.
Events Crew – Travel to events across Melbourne, setting up and selling our premium merchandise on weekends throughout the year. Frequency varies depending upon seasonal schedule.
*Or do both – it's up to you!
Immediate start available for the right person! For the right person there is an opportunity to move from Casual to Full time in a hybrid role working the Production Crew and travelling around Australia in the Event Crew for Interstate events.
About us
We are a Clothing Business specialising in custom printed garments and teamwear sales. Selling direct to customers around the country and online. Work with a tight knit team supporting each other across the office and warehouse to ensure high standards are delivered to customers.
The successful applicant will be a person who can fit seamlessly into our existing team, bringing enthusiasm and new skills.
Tasks & responsibilities - Production Crew
- Set up and operate heat press machines to apply heat transfers on products, including hoodies, t-shirts, hats and other promotional items
- Follow specific production orders and artwork guidelines to ensure the correct designs are applied to the right products.
- Inspect printed products for print clarity, colour accuracy, conformance to specifications, and external defects
- Produce garment transfers on our Direct to Film (DTF) Printer
- Quality control of each print onto our range of apparel products
- Work with our business team to ensure client orders are processed correctly and on time
Tasks & responsibilities - Event Crew
- Front of house sales of event merchandise to athletes and supporters
- Onsite operation of heat press machine
- Set up and pack down of pop up shop
- Must have a drivers license
