Contract | 6 months initial (extensions likely) | Melbourne preferred (Sydney ok) | Hybrid (5 days per fortnight onsite)

A senior Data Engineer is required for a complex environment where strong cloud engineering fundamentals matter. This one will suit someone who is genuinely hands-on with GCP and dbt , and who is comfortable working through ambiguity to get to a clean, supportable outcome.

Must have

- Strong hands-on GCP experience (non-negotiable)
- Strong hands-on dbt experience (non-negotiable)

Nice to have

- Collibra (data governance / catalogue)
- Tableau (reporting environment exposure, especially regulatory reporting)

Bonus points

- Insurance domain experience
- ASIC / APRA regulatory setting experience

Contract details
- 6 months initial, with a strong chance of 1–2 extensions
- Melbourne preferred, Sydney candidates considered
