We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead our Australia and Current Zealand business.

About the Role

Reporting to HYTORC's executive leadership team, you will be responsible for:

- Strategic leadership of the Australia and New Zealand business
- Driving profitable growth and market expansion
- Leading service, operations and customer support teams
- Improving technician utilisation and operational performance
- Developing leaders and building team capability
- Maintaining key customer relationships

You will lead a multidisciplinary team across sales, service, customer support and operations throughout Australia and Current Zealand.

About You





You are an experienced General Manager, Business Manager or Operations Manager from an industrial, engineering, technical services or equipment-related industry.

You have

- Proven leadership experience within a $10M-$50M business
- Solid operational management capability
- Experience leading technical or service-based teams
- Demonstrated success growing revenue and improving performance
- Strong people leadership skills
- A practical and hands-on approach
