Maari Ma Health Aboriginal Corporation is seeking a General Practitioner for locum blocks at our Wilcannia Health and Well-being Centre in 2027.

Available dates

- Monday 5 April – Friday 30 April 2027
- Monday 5 July – Friday 30 July 2027
- Monday 11 October – Friday 12 November 2027

The role

- Monday–Friday, 8.30am–5pm
- No weekends, evenings or on call
- Clinic-based role with no VMO requirements
- Provide comprehensive Primary Healthcare within an Aboriginal community
- Work alongside a multidisciplinary team including a FIFO Nurse Practitioner, Nurse Manager, Registered Nurses, Aboriginal Health Practitioners and Administrative staff.

- Return flights to Broken Hill, capped at $1,300
- Optional weekend accommodation in Broken Hill

About you You will be a VR GP with current AHPRA registration and an interest in Aboriginal Health and regional or remote practice. Experience working in Aboriginal Health is highly regarded.

A current NSW Working with Children Check and National Police Check are required.
