As Senior Architectural Representative, you'll take ownership of the Sydney market, with a strong focus on high-end residential and multi-residential projects.
This is a commercially focused specification sales role where you'll be responsible for building relationships, opening new doors, identifying projects, securing specifications and managing opportunities throughout the full sales cycle.
The focus is not simply on getting products specified, it's about creating opportunities, protecting specifications and ultimately converting projects into revenue.
Key responsibilities
Develop and manage relationships with Sydney's leading architects and interior designers
Build strong connections with developers, builders and key project stakeholders
Identify and create new project opportunities across high-end residential and multi-residential markets
Present and specify a premium architectural hardware portfolio
Provide product and technical guidance throughout the design and specification process
Manage projects from initial engagement and specification through to quotation,



negotiation and close
Protect specifications and maximise project conversion
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of new business opportunities
Conduct presentations, product demonstrations and project meetings
Represent the brand at a high level across Sydney's architecture and design community
About you
Established relationships across Sydney's architecture and design market
Experience within architectural products, building products
Robust understanding of specification-led and project-based sales
Proven ability to develop new business and create opportunities
Confident opening doors and developing relationships from the ground up
Robust technical aptitude and ability to sell a solution rather than simply a product
Proactive, persistent and comfortable taking ownership of your market
Strong presentation and communication skills
Genuine passion for premium design, architecture and quality
