Moonee Valley Racing Club in Moonee Ponds VIC is seeking an experienced Sous Chef to support the Chef De Cuisine at TOTE Bar & Dining, driving a world-class culinary offering in a high-volume venue.
You will develop seasonal menus with local Victorian produce, lead the kitchen team, assist with budgets, and ensure a seamless link between food, beverage and service.
This role requires 3+ years as Sous Chef, a robust eye for detail, and the flexibility to work weekends and public holidays.
