Nexus Project Group is seeking an experienced National Client Partner to join our Nexrestore restoration business. This is a senior, strategic role acting as the single point of accountability for our key commercial clients, insurers and strategic stakeholders - ensuring operational delivery consistently aligns with customer expectations and contractual commitments.

You'll work collaboratively with our Regional Field Operations Managers to ensure regional delivery capability supports client requirements, while proactively managing major losses, escalations and portfolio performance. You'll also partner closely with our Client & Project Coordinator Leader and Technical Excellence Lead to ensure a consistent, high-quality customer experience across every commercial project.

About the role

Key responsibilities

- Develop trusted partnerships with commercial and speciality clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
- Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews and develop client-specific service improvement plans.




- Provide oversight of complex and strategic restoration portfolios, monitoring major losses nationally.
- Champion a consistent, proactive customer experience and manage high-level client escalations through to resolution.
- Identify opportunities for sustainable growth within existing client portfolios and support tender presentations and capability meetings.
- Collaborate with Field Operations Managers, the CPC Leader and Technical Excellence on major and technically complex projects.

What we're looking for

- 3+ years' restoration experience.
- Senior stakeholder management and commercial account management experience.
- Large loss experience.
- Excellent presentation, negotiation and strategic thinking skills.
- Strong financial understanding.
- Desirable: existing insurer relationships, business development experience and IICRC qualifications.
