You will work one-to-one with participants in homes and in the community, following each participant's goals and support plan.
Continuity matters, so you'll build lasting relationships with participants and teams.The role starts with a guaranteed minimum of 10 hours per week, with shifts across the service area and potential for more hours as we grow.
