Autosports Group Limited via Volvo Cars Adelaide is seeking a Service Advisor to join our high-performing service team.
This customer-facing role is pivotal in delivering a seamless, premium aftersales experience, connecting customers with the workshop and technicians.
You will blend exceptional service with robust organisation, manage service estimates, keep customers updated, and identify upsell prospects within manufacturer guidelines while maintaining accurate records in the DMS.
