What you'll be doing n

- Ensuring a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment for children to thrive

- Observing children's progress, and using this information to tailor activities and support individual needs
n
- Building strong relationships with children and their families, and communicating regulary about their child's development
n
- Adhering to all relevant childcare regulations, policies and procedures
n
- Participating in professional development opportunities to continuously improve your skills and knowledge
n

- Communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children and families
n
- A genuine passion for early childhood education and a commitment to providing the best outcomes for children
