Occupational Therapist — Grafton Clinic, Clarence Valley

Take on a varied community aged care caseload across the Clarence Valley, working from our Grafton clinic alongside other Occupational Therapist and an on-site multidisciplinary team.

Optimum Allied Health runs physiotherapy, occupational therapy and exercise physiology services across six clinics in Northern NSW and South East Queensland, with 85+ allied health professionals delivering care in clinics, homes and aged care facilities.

The Role

You’ll manage a mixed community aged care caseload from our Grafton clinic — a permanent, full-time position with support from an on-site team and OT mentoring as you build your caseload.

What You’ll Do

- Functional assessments and reports
- Assistive technology assessments and reports
- Ongoing therapy for capacity building
- Cognitive assessments




- In-home services, including home modifications and equipment prescription

About You

- Occupational Therapy degree and General AHPRA registration (OTs with Limited registration can also apply)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Valid driver's licence
- Strong rapport-building, organisation and communication skills
- Community aged care experience in the private sector is well regarded but not essential
